This two-part workshop is designed for ABC staff that has come on board during this past year in the membership and marketing areas. This orientation will provide you with peer-based and professional training that covers an array of important elements of membership development as well as an opportunity to learn about resources available through ABC National and chapter best practices. The orientation will cover: Recruitment, goal planning, retention, volunteer management and engagement, membership sales, and events and services.Orientation attendees will work together to cover topic areas relevant to their membership development efforts and build a network of professionals to continue to work with throughout their tenure with ABC.
